Charisma isn’t just an attorney, she’s your biggest advocate, your business bestie, and the legal powerhouse behind High Tide Legal. With a sharp legal mind and a heart for entrepreneurs, she’s here to make brand protection simple, stress-free, and dare we say—fun?

Her journey started with a love for business and a passion for helping dreamers turn their ideas into thriving brands. After earning her BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston and graduating cum laude with her J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law, she honed her expertise at the North Carolina Department of Justice before launching High Tide Legal in 2019.

Then, in 2020, the world shut down. Instead of backing down, Charisma pivoted, launching trademark services—and that’s when everything clicked.
With a trademark success rate 40% higher than the national average, she’s helped countless business owners secure trademarks, protect their creativity, and build legacies that last—all while keeping the process approachable, empowering, and infused with a little High Tide magic.

When she’s not in lawyer mode, Charisma is a wife, a proud mom of four, a community leader, and the kind of person who’ll hype you up about your business like it’s her own.
